If you do not require a full written building report, we can give you a verbal report. We inspect in the same thorough manner as for our full inspection. Furthermore, whenever a customer requires the verbal report, we still retain your full information. So that we can provide a written report at a later date (time limits apply). The comprehensive building report is easy to read and of high quality. You are welcome to ask questions about anything you do not understand in the report.

Kevin picked up all kinds of issues I would never have spotted on my own

I used Innohome for a pre-purchase inspection, and am so glad I did! Kevin picked up all kinds of issues I would never have spotted on my own. All the way from the current carpet was laid on the top of old carpet, to extremely high moisture readings behind the toilet, and the cladding being an older sort that had a high failure rate. In the end, saved me from buying an expensive do-up. He took me around the site and pointed out all the issues, explaining them in a way I could easily understand, and yet didn't try to influence.

Excellent Response Time!

Excellent response time. Thorough inspection while respecting our home, e.g. when using ladders he placed a cloth where it touched the house to avoid scratches, things moved were put back again. Excellent reporting complete with photos.
